I just bought the webcam plus v2.0 software for my HTC X02HT. It is not working when trying to connect to skype. I would like to have my purchase returned. How can I have my money refunded?

Ok, I take it back.

It suddenly worked, so I am happy. I can only suspect the reasons why:

1. I changed the fonts on the username registration in my cell phone, that let me register it (which it didn't let me do before).

2. I rebooted the computer twice and suddenly skype asked for the webcam (before it would not recognize it).

I have buy your product and downloaded from the link but installed this on my mda tytn II i'm unable to register.

I see Owner name is empty.
Please open setting and set the owner information but nothnig option give me ability to insert my owner or pin received.

HI, I just got WEbcam 2.0. i tried it on skype, and windows movie maker, it is obviously working because both detect the software, and both detect the sound. but the problem is i cant see anything on my screen for my phone, and all i get is a preview screen for skype and movie maker, but the sound works perfectly. dont know wat is going on. and when i pull the PC software up all i get is waiting for connection. can anyone tell me whats goin on and how i can fix this?

I purchase Webcamera Plus at RegNow.


To get your owner name,

1) Run WebCamera Plus on Device
2) Open registration page ( Menu->Register)
3) Check "Owner" field.

Also you can see Owner Name using Windows Mobile:
Start->Settings->Personal Tab->Owner information->"Name" Field.

I put my Owner Name and they send me another Owner Name!!!
I send an email to support ateksoft com and they boxmail is FULL.
